Welcome to Sinmee! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sinmee platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Sinmee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Definitions
- "Sinmee," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the platform and company operating the Service.
- "User" or "You" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Sinmee platform, including customers and service providers.
- "Service Provider" refers to independent professionals or businesses offering services through Sinmee.
- "Customer" refers to users booking services through Sinmee.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use Sinmee.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities under it.
- Sinmee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Booking & Service Usage
- Customers can browse and book services listed on Sinmee.
- Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees of Sinmee.
- Sinmee acts only as a platform to connect customers with service providers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or conduct of the service providers.
- Customers and service providers must communicate through the platform and should not bypass Sinmee for direct transactions.
- Any misconduct, fraud, or attempt to manipulate the platform will lead to permanent account suspension.
4. Payments & Fees
- Customers must pay the full amount at the time of booking or as required by Sinmee.
- All fees and charges are non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- Sinmee does not guarantee service pricing as it may vary based on service providers.
- In case of a failed or disputed transaction, Sinmee reserves the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers: You can cancel bookings, but refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
- Service Providers: If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, Sinmee may take action, including penalties, suspension, or termination.
- Refunds are provided only under exceptional circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Use Sinmee for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Disrupt the platform’s security, integrity, or operation.
- Attempt to bypass Sinmee’s payment system.
- Harass, abuse, or harm service providers or customers.
- Violate the rights, privacy, or personal safety of others.
Any violation of these rules will lead to immediate account termination and possible legal action.
7. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Service Providers must have valid licenses, permits, or qualifications (if applicable).
- They must perform services professionally, ethically, and lawfully.
- They are responsible for their own taxes, compliance, and liabilities.
- Service Providers cannot charge customers outside Sinmee for booked services.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension, penalties, or legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Sinmee acts as a platform only and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages caused by the services booked.
- We do not guarantee service provider quality, reliability, or availability.
- Sinmee is not responsible for injuries, damages, or disputes between customers and service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinmee disclaims all warranties and liabilities regarding the Service.
9. Data Privacy & Security
- By using Sinmee, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, storage, and usage.
- We implement strict security measures, but we are not responsible for third-party breaches.
- Users must not attempt to hack, exploit, or misuse Sinmee’s platform.
10. Account Termination & Suspension
Sinmee reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
- Deny access to the platform at our discretion.
- Report fraudulent activities to authorities.
If your account is terminated, you forfeit any pending balances, bookings, or payments.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Customers and Service Providers must attempt to resolve disputes among themselves first.
- If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to Sinmee, which will investigate and make a final decision.
- Any legal disputes must be handled in the jurisdiction where Sinmee operates.
12. Changes to These Terms
- Sinmee may update these Terms at any time.
- Users will be notified of major changes, but it is their responsibility to review the latest Terms before continuing to use the platform.
- Continued use of Sinmee after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
